MercyOne Genesis is excited to welcome a BC/BE Orthopedic Trauma Surgeon to our expanding team at our Level III Trauma Center. Position Highlights
- Level III Trauma Center
- 100% inpatient role | Monday-Friday, 8-5
- Shared evening and weekend call (1:8)

Qualifications
- MD or DO
- Fellowship trained in Orthopedic Traumatology or Adult Reconstruction/Total Joint Arthroplasty
- ABOS Board Certified or Board Eligible required
- Ability to obtain Iowa and Illinois medical licenses
- Strong clinical and surgical skill set with a commitment to quality and evidence-based care
- Excellent communication skills and a team-focused mindset
- Open to graduating fellows and experienced orthopedic surgeons
Compensation & Benefits
- Two-year guaranteed salary: $739,410, plus production beginning at 10,650 wRVUs
- Straight production model starting in year 3
- Earning potential of $1M+
- $100,000 recruitment incentive
- Up to $15,000 relocation assistance
